DSP Robotics Support

When I open the synthmaker channel on FL Studio it's telling me " Sorry but this plugin couldn't be found or opened.
If this plugin has to be registered, please check that you registered it correctly." I registered it when I upgraded and bought the full version of flowstone, on my laptop, and now i'm on my desktop cause my laptop crashed cause microsoft blows, and I can't open it in fl studio no more when i select the synthmaker channel. I contacted image-line and they told me to come here and contact DSP. Please help thanks. Flowstone works fine in stand alone on my desktop, but I can't open synthmaker in FL Studio. Thanks for your time.

It says here that my upgrade cover has expired, but I paid 200.00 dollars for this software, so i should be able to use what i purchased. I do want to upgrade right now, the version I'm using is fine. I need to open synthmaker in fl studio ASAP thanks.

Have you tried re-installing FL Studio?

FL Synthmaker shouldn't need registering. It should just work. Have a look in your "Program Files" folder to see if the plugin is there go to.. ImageLine>FL Studio 11>Plugins>Fruity>Generators>Synthmaker you should see a file called Synthmaker.dll

If it isn't there then that will be the cause of your issue and the only thing I can suggest is re-installing FL Studio.

Just checked it's in the exact folder you named, but it won't open, I'm wondering if it's because my cover update expired for flowstone.

No that won't be why, you do not need update support to use it, only to get the latest updates.

I think you should try re installing anyway just in case, the file might be corrupt or something.

The FL SynthMaker/FlowStone and the standalone Synthmaker/Flowstone are two separate things and are not linked any way. The FL FlowStone is "free" and comes installed with FL Studio. If it says that error message then something is wrong with your FL installation, I would suggest reinstalling the whole FL Studio folder as Exo suggested.
