Gate-Display Curve

Hello guys,
this is my first post and I have got a question. How can I realize a dynamic-range display
function integrated in a gate? (e.g. based on the flowstone toolbox gate-tool).
My first attempt to create such an display for an compressor had no success (now also for
the gate). Is there someone who can help?
I think the display needs a XY-Pad, it should also contain the option to draw some points
for an individual gating/compressing curve like it is possible with the Maximus-
Compressor. It's not necessarily that the finished work should be a multiband-tool. A
singleband-gate would be enough for me.
There is also another question about the hysteresis. I know what the knob is doing, but I
don't know how to integrate such a knob in a gate. Thanx if there's someone who can help
