Hello!

Facebook does now allow company accounts (Read the GTC). You need to register as a person (your name) and then you are able to create a Facebook-Site (thos like-sites) for your company. You also can add a hidden private group for al users of your company and you can set privelegies for the users on your company site.

No special knowledge, I'm afraid - just I know that Malc takes FS very seriously and is ALWAYS busy trying to make it better.

He does try to - and folks like me and MyCo keep in touch with him about what folks are saying here.

But we have to remember that FS is not only for VST plugins these days - he has his education and industry customers to keep happy too - all paying good money for site licences that help keep DSPr in business.

It might seem to us like there aren't very many of those guys, mostly just the VST fans - but I have seen this effect with the software that the guys at my work make. Our forums are full of 'hobbyists' and 'one man bands' - but the corporate/educational users never seem to go there - they mostly prefer to contact our dev' team directly. The same few names are always there on our forums, but we know we have 1000's of paid up users out there, many who paid big $$$ for 50+ seat site licences.

They're also the kind of users who mostly stick to the 'safe path', much less interested in experimenting and pushing the boundaries than folks like us - if you're teaching a bunch of students some elementary programming, you're just not going to bump up against the software's limitations like we do!

I guess they all have the boss standing over their shoulder to make sure they are not "wasting valuable time" on the internet all day, too!!
