Re: Sample Accurate Triggers: Holy Grail? Or...
if that sounds like the way to do it fellas,
in a crude way the analyzer prim could approach that possibly
-we could also request it of Ruby, like it could be commanded,
the cpu is still not negotiable though even in my 20 core 4.5ghz afaik

Re: Sample Accurate Triggers: Holy Grail? Or...
all we need to do is poll the samplerate at more than samplerate,
then maybe?
then maybe?

Re: Is This Maybe an Interesting Idea?
no- heh, it's not noise, your thread
but that's what I'm thinking-
look into noise/random/generative
also- if you are focussing on black and white- 0 and 1 or -1 and 1,
pulse waves are your friend.
The old step LFO can be set so it has 2 or 3 values
-also bit-crushing and decimating could yield ...

Re: Overclock Tick and send to blue (is maybe possible ?)
Ruby is pretty tight on timing,
it's possible to run sort of even durations at say 1000hz,
depending on what/how it is plugged down the line
-try feeding the analyzer back on itself mate,
I was going to do that sometime

I don't know of a way
-yes, that does happen
it happens often when switching schems with audio on

Re: less then 10 samples delay in code??
here's the delay I wrote a long time ago, in quasi dsp==>
https://bit.ly/ECHOecho
yah- I can't write in assembly, just looking there to see what it(Assembly) can give me as modular devices
...sorta getting this vastly logical paradigm more
-and u have wiped the board with me mate heh
keep shufflin'!
