Re: The colour FFT display

I have checked up downloading and opening. All OK... I don't know what to correct.

Whether somebody can make an example like this, with faster work?
The practical example is necessary.

The colour FFT display

See schematic please.
It works, but VERY(!) slowly. :(
Whether it is possible to take the same effect faster?

Thanks.

Note:
Unzip, run and "Load" the test wav.

Re: Displacement of frequency by a sound card.

No, in a square wave all harmonics are always multiple of a base frequency. Can not be arbitrary.
And unceasing drift of a phase it not delays, it is beatings of differing frequencies.
In your schematic the same drift is present, irrespective of entered delay.
(I think, is a hardware effect.)

Displacement of frequency by a sound card.

I have made the following construction (see pict.) and has met with strange effect.
I place earphone against the microphone.
You think f1 is equal f2?
NO!
I have combined these signals, and at sampling rate is lower 48000, I observe slow (30 sec) drift of a phase. (see schematic). The frequencies ...

Re: A one instance

Yes, this time I was engaged in the same :)
I was able to automatically detect the application name.
You can rename an application, but it still identifies itself.

I renamed tasklist.exe, because the parser is tuned up strictly to it's format of output; with the other versions may be not work.

Re: A one instance

A nice tool!
I did not have it, and I do not know about it. I download it. Thank you!

But the example does not work. Do not start even the first instance.
After compiling in a FlowStone (Launch on completion) - OK, and standalone Example.exe - is not run (your message).
I deleted the tasklist ...

Re: A one instance

The TaskList command can make a list of instances of a given program. Then compare if the lines of text exceeds more than that of one program then kill the process. I can build example if needed.

Yes! An example is a best help!

Another idea would be to setup inter application communication ...
