By the way... I've noticed that Tilt knob has max signal level around 0.5 and the level greatly drops close to 0 or 1.
Just theoretically, is it possible to compensate, so that level will keep the same through the whole Tilt knob rotation diapason?

As Noise has it's own filter, it might be useful sometimes for noise to bypass the main filter.
Like a switch in the Noise section.
