I wrote this because I needed to measure 1/3 octave bands for an arbitrary amount of time, so the RMS calc only has a manual reset. But if you take the RMS calc from a standard compressor plug, that will give you control of the windowing.

Just to let everybody know, the old SM Forum files hosted on my web server will be going down within the next month as I am switching to another hosting provider with much less storage space, so I won't be migrating those files. Grab them while you still can!
